Went there today first of all the food was old they never Even brought new pizza out the entire time I was there all they did was rearrange the pizza to make it look fresher the desert was only two to choose from which was under cooked!!! The manager I suppose was very rude not only to us us but her employees! So unprofessional of her to treat ppl like she does!

This lady right here is VERY unprofessional! I asked to come in to see my grandbabies, 4 of them. She said yes and that is fine. My son n law and children were eating. They had some leftover wings that were purchased SEPARATE from the buffet, He offered TWO wings to me because his children did not want the and said “they were nasty!” and he did not want to throw them away, so I ate the two wings! I had no pizza, no drinks, not even a piece of bread! I ate only the two wings. still had the wing in my hand AND I was feeding some to the one year old. This young lady approached me saying she was going to have to charge me because I ATE and because I SAT DOWN. I apologized, told her I only ate the wings, and I was not aware of the policy. She precedes to tell me the sign is at the front and is posted twice. I said I was did not read the signs because I ASKED HER directly and you told me yes, that is fine. She did not once tell me about the policy when I asked, NOT ONCE! I then told her that if I was aware that if I SAT DOWN I would be charged, mind you the one year old grandchild is sitting in my lap I could have made the decision to leave. I have always loved CiCi's Pizza since I was a little kid, but I moved around a lot, and the company isn't everywhere. :( Gladly though, there are 2 locations in B/CS which seem to thrive. :))))) I was so happy to see them when I moved here. The food is actually not bad at all and the prices are great. I loved the little game room (you can never grow out of it) and I won 4 prizes (3 stuffed animals and a bouncy ball) & some candy at the claw machines inside. The claw machines are actually playable and not deeply rigged like other places. I love it here, I will be back.

Had a Conference at the expo center. The coworkers and I looked for somewhere enjoyable off the beaten path so it wasn’t busy. This is hands down one of the best CiCis locations I’ve been to. Don’t have much to say about the person at the register, but the ladies working the Buffet were INCREDIBLE!!! They were working so insanely hard. They were so sweet. The buffet stayed fresh and stocked. Anything asked, they had it covered immediately. They restrooms were impeccably clean. I will definitely stop back in when I’m in the area. Thank you ladies!

The buffet was ALWAYS EMPTY , never even had basic pepperoni. I asked to make a pasta and the girl told me it’s only for takeout, (a lie different locations have done it for years) and I had to order the pepperoni pizzas and they barely put pepperoni on the darn pizza, I was very disappointed, and the lady on duty didn’t give a dammmm to satisfy anyone. The pictures are 20 minutes apart. The buffet was empty the entire time
